The kitchen of Château Saint-Martin & Spa is excited and proud to introduce its team: Chef Jean-Luc Lefrançois and Chef Pâtissière Eve Moncorger while Géraud Tournier, our Head Sommelier, also takes on the additional role of Food & Beverage Manager.

Eve Moncorger is in love with fresh produce, especially the local strawberries and raspberries; she creates a whirl of delicious flavours that are feminine and refined. 

Jean-Luc Lefrançois is equally inspired by the region’s abundant summer harvests; his approach is light, simple, precise and creative.

Géraud Tournier was brought up in the South of France and combines a sensitivity of the terroir with his extraordinary knowledge of wine. This passionate trio looks forward to delighting all with the finest gastronomic experience on the Riviera.
