In 2015 we open our gourmet restaurant Le Saint-Martin in a spectacular new setting overlooking the French Riviera with a menu by the enormously talented chef, Jean-Luc Lefrançois.
From mid-May L’Oliveraie welcomes you for a lunchtime interlude under the shade of ancient olive trees, to sample the sun drenched flavours of the Mediterranean.
Our Spa Saint-Martin blends wellbeing and nature with the introduction Sisley’s plant based treatments, we invite you to revitalize in pleasurable tranquility.
We eagerly await the opening of our château in April, meanwhile our team joins colleagues at sister hotel L’Apogée Courchevel for a second season on the French Alps, where they will give you a very warm welcome.
