The Perfect Pairing
In this exclusive aperitif event, eight guests are invited to explore the local wine and produce. Our Head Sommelier will present one of his favourite vintages and our Chef Jean-Luc Lefrançois will then place one produce centre stage to taste: a delicate bream tartare, some Bellota ham, or the sweet tartness of a simple tomato fed on the sun, rain and soil surrounding our Château.
Rate: 15 Euros per person
Every Sunday from 11:30am. A reservation is required as either a private event or to join other guests.
