Friday March 19, 2010: Evening at the heart of Tuscany
Traditional wine-growing country since ancient times, the wines of Tuscany are just some of a number of Italian gems that every serious wine lover must have in his cellar. Jean-Christophe Rault, our chief sommelier, and Franck Thomas voted best craftsman and sommelier of France and the best sommelier of Europe in 2000, will propose an initiatory journey through the heart of Tuscany, tasting wines from Montenidoli estate in the presence of estate proprietor Elisabetta Fagioli, who will be making an exceptional appearance. Together with Yannick Franques, awarded two Michelin stars, they will give a demonstration of how to appreciate wines from Tuscany by way of a food and wine pairing dinner.

Friday April 23, 2010 : Four hand dinner
During this special evening celebrating a menu in tribute to the flavours of the region, a special evening is waiting for you. The partnering of two chefs, both awarded the "Meilleur Ouvrier de France" in 2004 and both awarded by the prestigious distinction of the Michelin Guide. Our executive chef Yannick Franques, and his co-chef, Christophe Bacquié, new chef of the Hôtel du Castellet, will cook an amazing, an exclusive menu... for an unforgettable night... where you will have the opportunity to meet them. Jean-Christophe Rault, chef sommelier, will also join them for a wine and food pairing, revealing the secrets of nuanced associations. An anthology of meetings and flavours, a special evening not to miss!

Friday May 28, 2010: Prestige Vintage Evening
"There are some unique moments, rare moments, that deserve an exceptional vintage... a prestige Champagne that is the quintessence of the know-how of a great House." The keepers of some fabulous treasures, Moët Hennesy Diageo will invite you to spend this special event evening discovering some of the finest bottles from three grand Houses of Champagne ... paired with dishes prepared by our chef, Yannick Franques, two Michelin star. From the legendary abbey of Hautvilliers, the Domaine of Dom Pérignon will give you a taste of their 2000 vintage. This will be followed by tasting some liquid nectar from the Domaine Krug to illustrate the art of blending champagne. To close the evening, we will pay a special tribute to the "grand lady of Champagne", la Veuve Clicquot with its special vintage "La Grande Dame 1998".

At the foot of the famous “Baou des Blans”, “La Rôtiserie” offers the permanent spectacle of the mouth-watering roasting spit, an unpretentious cuisine and a menu renewed five times a year, accompanied by wines selected by our Chef sommelier Jean-Christophe Rault.
